Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Min Jia’s digital marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, drive customer acquisition and retention, and support business growth. This role demands a balance of creative vision, analytical ability, and hands-on execution. The candidate will lead the digital marketing function and collaborate across operations, sales, design, and content teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement an integrated digital marketing strategy covering channels such as social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), search (SEO / SEM), email marketing, content marketing, influencer / KOL collaborations, and digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
2. Plan and manage paid media budgets, bidding strategies, A/B testing, and ongoing campaign optimization to maximize ROI.
3. Drive content planning and creation—coordinate with designers, copywriters, photographers, videographers—to produce social posts, blogs, videos, visuals, promotional materials, etc.
4. Oversee SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings, site traffic and visibility (on-site and off-site).
5. Monitor web analytics and marketing KPIs (traffic, conversion rates, cost-per-acquisition, customer lifetime value, etc.), analyze performance, generate insights, and iterate strategies accordingly.
6. Lead social media community management — respond to comments / messages, engage users, monitor reputation and sentiment, escalate issues.
7. Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, influencers, vendors, and partner platforms.
8. Collaborate with the operations/FOH (front-of-house) teams for offline promotions, events, and campaigns to ensure alignment between digital & offline touchpoints.
9. Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and innovations (especially in F&B / hospitality), and propose new channels or tactics for business growth.
10. Maintain marketing calendars, budgets, and regular reporting to senior management.
Requirements & Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
2. At least 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing (ideally in F&B, hospitality, retail, or lifestyle sectors).
3. Strong hands-on experience with social media platforms, digital advertising (Meta, Google Ads, etc.), SEO/SEM tools, email marketing platforms, analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
4. Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making; ability to interpret metrics and derive actionable insights.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to convey brand tone and messaging.
6. Creative and resourceful, with good visual sense (able to review / guide design creatives).
7. Experience working with freelancers, agencies, or external partners.
8. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
9. Self-driven, proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and results orientation.
10. Familiarity or passion for F&B / dining / restaurants is a plus.
