Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute LinkedIn marketing strategies for higher education and training clients.
- Create and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns — including Sponsored Content, Message Ads, and Lead Gen Forms.
- Manage and update the company website with SEO-optimized content and analytics tracking.
- Write, edit, and proofread exceptional English content — from posts to long-form articles.
- Plan and maintain content calendars for LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with cross-border teams to align branding and messaging.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Proven expertise in LinkedIn Ads, B2B campaigns, and education marketing.
- Outstanding English writing and communication skills — creative, accurate, and professional.
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and content performance metrics.
- Familiar with WordPress or similar CMS.
- Mandarin proficiency is a bonus for regional collaboration.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
