Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute LinkedIn marketing strategies for higher education and training clients.
  • Create and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns — including Sponsored Content, Message Ads, and Lead Gen Forms.
  • Manage and update the company website with SEO-optimized content and analytics tracking.
  • Write, edit, and proofread exceptional English content — from posts to long-form articles.
  • Plan and maintain content calendars for LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
  • Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.

Collaborate with cross-border teams to align branding and messaging.

Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
  • Proven expertise in LinkedIn Ads, B2B campaigns, and education marketing.
  • Outstanding English writing and communication skills — creative, accurate, and professional.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and content performance metrics.
  • Familiar with WordPress or similar CMS.
  • Mandarin proficiency is a bonus for regional collaboration.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
