About the Role :

We are helping our client looking for a passionate and creative Digital Marketing & Communication Executive to drive their brand’s online presence and consumer engagement. You will play a key role in planning and executing digital campaigns, managing social media, supporting branding activities, and bringing our iconic products closer to customers. If you enjoy creating impactful content, love analyzing performance data, and thrive in a fast-paced marketing environment — we want to meet you.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage client's social media channels and create engaging content (images, videos, reels, captions).

2. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social, search, and online platforms to boost brand awareness and drive conversions.

3. Launch, monitor, and optimise paid ads (Google, Meta, etc.) and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.

4. Oversee SEO efforts, ensuring websites, content, and digital assets are search-optimised.

5. Manage EDMs, website banners, e-commerce shop fronts, and other digital marketing materials.

6. Monitor customer feedback, online reviews, and social media interactions, responding promptly and professionally.

7. Develop creative concepts and marketing collaterals for brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.

8. Coordinate with agencies, vendors, influencers/KOLs, and media partners for campaign execution.

9. Organise and support events, product demos, pop-up activations, and in-store marketing activities.

10. Work closely with product, design, and retail teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and VM updates.

11. Assist in day-to-day marketing operations, campaign planning, budget coordination, and ad-hoc marketing projects.

Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.

2. 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, brand communications, or similar roles.

3. Strong understanding of social media, digital ads, SEO, and analytics tools.

4. Creative, proactive, resourceful, and able to execute end-to-end campaigns.

5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

6. Passion for lifestyle, design, home appliances, and consumer brands is a plus
