Responsibilities


  • Support the Media Director in ensuring that we deliver high client satisfaction scores (which means we constantly have a pulse on the relationship)

  • Lead the Search channel strategy & support the team operations across the day to day running of the account with clients & agency partners.

  • Be the main Search centre of excellence across internal and external teams.

  • Oversee complex and large Paid Search campaigns, including but not limited to account setup, strategy development, organization, and management.

  • Working closely with Google and Microsoft to define new innovations & enhance the vendor relationship.

  • Drive lower funnel improvements WoW and QoQ aligning with client KPIs.

  • Communicate and collaborate across APAC and global teams sharing best practices and case studies

  • Apt knowledge & understanding of digital channels combined with the ability to understand digital infrastructure including tracking, web analytics, trafficking and SEO.

  • Create test & learn roadmaps driving new innovations for Search monthly


Qualifications


  • 4 - 6 years of experience in a media agency.

  • Working within a large team & on global accounts is a plus conversant with digital media and able to think across the whole media mix, hands‑on experience with various technology platform and how Paid Search contributes to a full‑funnel consumer journey

  • Comfortable in a client‑facing role, enjoys building relationships and working collaboratively

  • Experience delivering Google and Microsoft Ads Solutions in Search, incl. Standard Shopping, Performance Max, etc.

  • Experience in driving revenue focused KPIs is a must

  • Experience working with Adobe Media Optimizer/Adobe Advertising Cloud is a plus.

  • Willingness to become Certified in Adobe’s tech suite is essential
