This role leads the strategy, execution, and optimisation of high-impact digital content that drives awareness, demand, and conversion across priority markets. closely with marketing, product, and commercial teams, the Digital Content Strategist ensures content is insight-led, performance-driven, and locally relevant across APAC.

Key Responsibilities
1. Landing Page & Conversion Optimisation
- Own the design and optimisation of landing pages using UX best practices, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.
- Run A/B and multivariate testing across messaging, CTAs, and layouts to improve conversion performance.
- Partner with design and web teams to deploy, test, and iterate content using internal CMS and marketing tools.
2. SEO & Content Visibility
- Lead keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO audits to inform content direction.
- Implement on-page SEO enhancements including metadata, structured data, and internal linking aligned with search intent.
- Track organic performance, traffic quality, and conversion outcomes, adjusting strategy based on insights.
3. Demand Generation & Lead Nurturing
- Develop integrated content programmes across owned and paid channels, including blogs, gated content, email, and social.
- Create conversion-focused assets such as case studies, webinars, demos, and whitepapers in partnership with sales and product teams.
- Support lead nurturing through personalised content journeys aligned to funnel stages.
4. Analytics & Performance Optimisation
- Monitor and report on KPIs including traffic, engagement, conversion, and ROI using marketing and analytics platforms.
- Translate performance data into actionable recommendations for content, UX, and campaign improvement.
- Stay current on evolving best practices across SEO, UX, and content marketing.
- Adapt messaging and tone for diverse international audiences, with particular focus on China and key APAC markets.
- Balance global consistency with local relevance to ensure effectiveness across regions.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with design, product marketing, and campaign teams to deliver cohesive storytelling across channels.
- Act as a strategic partner to stakeholders on how content supports pipeline growth and brand positioning.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or digital growth roles within technology-driven environments (e.g. SaaS, AI, cloud, or enterprise platforms).
- Full professional fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated success building data-driven content strategies that drive demand, lead quality, and conversion.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, SEO fundamentals, and content performance measurement.
- Excellent editorial and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex or technical topics.
- Analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
