Join Standard Chartered’s Digital Banking Apprenticeship Programme to support digital sales and campaign execution in a global banking environment.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Assist in executing digital acquisition and cross-sell campaigns across web, mobile app, and paid media channels.
  • Track and report sales funnel metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost per acquisition.
  • Coordinate with product squads on campaign briefs, creatives, and performance tracking.
  • Prepare weekly sales dashboards, performance decks, and learning summaries for cadence reviews.
  • Assist in managing owned media banners and personalised journeys on digital platforms.
About You

The company is looking for:

  • Graduates from Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or Communications Polytechnic Diploma disciplines with less than 2 years of working experience.
  • Permanent legal right to work in Singapore.
  • Passion for digital marketing, data, and sales performance.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
  • Eagerness to learn and work in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and comfort with data visualisation.
  • Familiarity with MarTech tools, such as Adobe and Google, preferred.
  • Prior internship experience in marketing, e‑commerce, or media agencies is a plus.
