We are hiring a Developer Experience Engineer (DX Engineer)! As a DX Engineer at Breeze, you’ll be the guardian of our developer integration experience. You’ll design and review APIs, build SDKs, write world-class developer documentation, and partner with both internal and external developers to ensure integrations are seamless, reliable, and delightful. This role is based in our Singapore office and is ideal for a highly experienced engineer who thrives at the intersection of engineering, product design, and developer advocacy.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design and review of APIs to ensure consistency, scalability, and developer usability.
• Build, maintain, and improve SDKs and developer tools across multiple languages and platforms.
• Own and continuously improve Breeze’s developer documentation, integration guides, and examples.
• Partner with internal engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure integrations are robust and developer-friendly.
• Act as a technical partner for external developers, helping them integrate smoothly and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Advocate for developer needs internally, ensuring feedback is incorporated into product and API design.
• Define and drive best practices for developer experience, setting the standard for high-quality integrations.

• Extensive software engineering experience, with strong skills in API design, SDK development, and technical documentation.
• Deep understanding of developer needs and empathy for the end-to-end integration journey.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Experience building developer platforms, APIs, or SDKs in a high-growth environment.
• Ability to balance technical excellence with pragmatism and fast execution.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a builder’s mindset.
