Job summary

A technology service provider in Singapore is looking for an IT Support Specialist to enroll users into M365 and Intune, provide desktop support, and maintain asset inventory. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of IT support experience and strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365. Additional skills in Active Directory and networking are preferred. Certifications like CompTIA A+ and Microsoft credentials will be advantageous. This role includes mentoring juniors and managing small IT projects.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years’ IT or desktop support experience.
  • 3+ years’ experience with Windows 10 and Office 365.
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory, networking, servers, storage, and cloud.

Responsibilities

  • Provide desktop support and resolve helpdesk tickets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update incident records and documentation
  • Support Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
Requirements
  • ITE/Diploma with 1–3 years’ IT or desktop support experience
  • 3+ years’ experience with Windows 10 and Office 365
  • Basic knowledge of AD, networking, servers, storage, cloud
  • Good spoken/written English
Preferred
  • Helpdesk/call centre experience
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks
  • Able to mentor juniors and manage small IT projects
Certifications (Preferred)
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft Windows Client, Managing Modern Desktops
