Job summary

A technology services company in Singapore is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite and offsite support, manage desktop hardware and software installations, and perform network troubleshooting. Qualifications

  • Min 2.5 years of experience in administration and support of Desktop support.
  • Able to perform basic network troubleshooting including DNS and IP blocking.

Responsibilities

  • Provide IT technical onsite support for end user services.
  • Installation and troubleshooting of desktop hardware and software.
  • Manage queries and escalation related to IT services.
  • Provide desktop support for BCP exercises.
  • Perform printer maintenance and manage vendor relations.
