Job Responsibilities and Requirements

• Proficient in Windows OS (Windows 10 is a must) and knowledge of Mac OS is an added advantage.
• Ability to provide reliable 24/7 BAU support.
• Able to work as part of a skilled team supporting BAU operations, projects and tech refresh activities.
• Strong commitment to service excellence and maintaining high client satisfaction and retention.
• Provide onsite IT technical support for end-user issues, including identification, diagnosis, rectification and escalation.
• Perform installation, reinstallation, troubleshooting, and reconfiguration of Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft applications on desktop and notebook PCs.
• Handle installation and deployment of Apple iPad software.
