Job summary

A leading tech services provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced Motion Desktop Engineer to provide IT support, focusing on troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of hardware and software. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and with teams. This role involves user support, technical assistance, and maintaining strong client relations. Location: Bishan.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users, both on-site and remotely.
  • Manage user accounts, provide application support, and assist with installations and migrations.
  • Install and configure software, maintain IT peripherals, and perform data backups.
  • Handle IT-related requests, track incidents, and follow up with vendors.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide a high level of customer service.
