Job description

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts, space plans, mood boards, and 3D visuals.
• Produce tender/construction drawings, specs, and FF&E schedules.
• Create in-store graphics/signage and presentation decks.
• Create graphic and product design.
• Plan timeline, budget, procurement; run weekly site meetings and reports.
• Manage Main constractor, check workmanship/QA, close defects, and hand over on time.
• Coordinate landlord/authority requirements (e.g., mall rules, HDB/BCA via consultants).
• Use AI tools to speed up renderings, storyboard ideas, upscales, and short edits.
