Qualifications

Overview

Involved in machine design and development projects. Work closely with engineers from multiple disciplines. Hands-on exposure to automation and semiconductor equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and update detailed 2D and 3D mechanical drawings using Creo.
  • Support engineers in the design and development of machines and automation systems.
  • Create and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) and other technical documentation.
  • Ensure drawings meet tolerance, quality, and manufacturability requirements.
  • Coordinate with Electrical, Software, and Vision teams for design integration.
  • Assist in design reviews and implement revisions as needed.
  • Willing to work extended hours during critical project stages.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of drafting experience in semiconductor machinery or automation equipment.
  • Proficient in Creo (Pro/ENGINEER) for 2D and 3D drafting.
  • Good understanding of mechanical design principles, GD&T, and tolerance stack-up.
  • Team player, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under tight timelines.
  • Experience in high-speed automation or die attach machines is an advantage.
