Job summary

Job Descriptions:
  1. Assist Plant manager to establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with Kanto Japan, organization officials, and staff members as necessary.
  2. Responsible for product quality control.
  3. Performing supervisory duties within the Laboratory section.
  4. Initialization and implementation of incoming and in-process inspection.
  5. Raising alert on quality deviations.
  6. Recording and documentation of analytical results and specifications.
  7. Establishing maintenance and controlling calibration and maintaining procedures for all measuring and test equipment.
  8. Introduction of new equipment and new procedures to Lab personnel.
  9. Controlling of staff training.
  10. Ensure laboratory safety and maintain good laboratory practice.
  11. Acts as a technical advisor to the Chemists and Technologist.
  12. Oversee activities directly related to making products or providing services.
  13. Monitor, maintain and control of inventory of direct and indirect materials to fulfill production requirements.
