• Lead multi-year, skills-based workforce planning to support future operating and care models

• Partner senior leaders as a trusted advisor, guiding decisions on talent, structure, succession, and organisational effectiveness

• Lead people-change strategies for digital transformation and operating model shifts

• Use workforce and organisational data to diagnose issues, inform strategy, and influence leadership decisions

• Strengthen leadership capability and support organisational design to improve clarity, agility, and collaboration

Requirements

• 10+ years of HR experience with strong enterprise-level HR business partnering exposure
