Job description

• Source and identify suitable opportunities / targets for the REIT in existing and new markets
• Carry out underwriting and executing transactions, as well as development and execution of investment strategies
• Develop market intelligence and maintain strong relationships with investment partners, brokerage firms, property consultants and other industry players for relevant market expansion
• Work with the senior team to prepare bids and structure investment deals
• Involve in due diligence process, including tax structuring, negotiating and legal documentation of investment agreements and related contracts
• Prepare investment theses / proposals on investment opportunities for deal approval documentation
• Work with junior members of the team to review financial modelling and feasibility studies for investment opportunities
• Support fund raising and other capital market projects from time to time
