Job description

The candidate will assist and support the Information Technology Department and reports to the Chief Information Officer.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the CTO in developing and implementing APEX’s technology strategy, ensuring it aligns with business goals and objectives
• Manage daily operations of the IT department, ensuring the technology infrastructure is reliable, secure, and efficient
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance APEX’s operations, products, and services
• Lead and mentor the IT team, cultivating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Support the CTO in managing relationships with technology vendors, ensuring optimal value and support
• Identify and mitigate technology-related risks to ensure system security and stability
• Ensure that the technology infrastructure and operations adhere to relevant regulations and industry standards
• Oversee the implementation of new technology projects, ensuring timely completion within budget
• Effectively communicate technology-related updates and information to internal and external stakeholders
