  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations.
  • Support inventory control, stock rotation, and proper storage.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen SOPs at all times.
  • Assist Chef de Partie and Senior Chefs during service periods.
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with kitchen team members.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a professional kitchen preferred.

  • Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
