Job summary

A leading automation solutions company in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to lead the design and delivery of DeltaV systems on site. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, with proven skills in automation and project leadership. They will be responsible for developing automation solutions in compliance with industry standards, ensuring effective team management and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong technical proficiency on controls systems.
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical and/or Biotechnology industry.
• Experience in designing and commissioning DeltaV DCS projects.
• Solid understanding of Batch S88 standards.
• Familiarity with quality management processes in pharma.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Design and delivery of DeltaV systems on site.
• Participate in the design, development, and implementation of Automation solutions in line with S88 standards for the plant.
• Lead team of engineers to deliver the Automation Project on site.
• Lead, design Develop and/or review System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) deliverables, compliant with the site’s standards.
• As a Subject Matter expert, lead development of systems architecture, specifications, controls strategies, sequence of operations through all design stages
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client.

Requirements

• Good technical proficiency on controls systems including familiarity with control panels, networking, panel/field wiring and PLC control systems.
• Good experience In Automation Sector ideally in the Pharmaceutical and/or Biotechnology industry.
• Good Experience in the Designing and commissioning of DeltaV DCS project for GMP manufacturing site.
• Through understanding of Batch s88 standards (CM, EM, Phases, Recipes, Units etc),
• Familiarity with GAMP lifecycle and quality management processes employed in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and customer orientation skills.
• Leadership abilities, works well in a team environment.
• Capacity to lead team of engineers for design, development, and delivering Automation projects.
• Experience with Operations Support on site
• Good analytical & problem-solving skills
