Job summary

A local food preparation company in Singapore is seeking a skilled chef with expertise in Kongunadu Cuisine. Candidates must have experience preparing a wide range of dishes including breakfast items like Idly and Dosa, as well as various vegetarian and non-vegetarian recipes. Successful applicants will play a key role in menu development and food preparation, showcasing their culinary skills across multiple cuisines. Qualifications

  • Must have experience preparing a variety of South Indian and North Indian dishes.
  • Experience in preparing vegetarian and non-vegetarian items is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare multiple varieties of breakfast dishes including Idly and Dosa.
  • Cook vegetarian and non-vegetarian recipes as per the menu.
  • Prepare snacks, soups, and sweets in accordance with tradition.
