Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize efficient B2B delivery routes using transportation management systems.
• Oversee daily delivery operations to ensure timely, accurate service and resolve any issues.
• Manage and support drivers on routes, procedures, documentation, and safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and vehicle maintenance standards.
• Monitor KPIs to improve delivery performance, route efficiency, and overall operations.
