Job description

This is a confidential position at Qode's Client

We are seeking a highly experienced Delivery Head to oversee the successful delivery of INFOR / Microsoft Dynamics ERP/CRM, BI, Data & AI projects based in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in managing large-scale implementations across diverse industries and client portfolios. This role involves managing multiple concurrent projects, fostering strong client relationships, supporting sales proposals, and resolving escalations to ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction. The Delivery Head will collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders from requirements gathering through full project deployment. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to promote and sustain quality work, while continuously driving process improvements, productivity, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support business development initiatives, including thought leadership and strategic pursuits
  • Balance project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks while proactively monitoring, reporting, and mitigating issues
  • Provide overarching delivery oversight and governance across multiple engagements to ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards
  • Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to define clear project goals and deliverables
  • Ensure the availability and management of detailed project plans, change management procedures, traceable requirements, controls, and governance frameworks to achieve on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes
  • Manage the company's resources and subcontractors assigned to projects
  • Partner with pre‑sales and solutioning teams to develop RFP responses, proposals, and client presentations
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to delivery processes, team performance, and overall client satisfaction
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
  • 15+ years of IT experience, with a minimum of 5+ years in project delivery roles
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects across various industries
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, such as Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain Management
  • Proficiency with project delivery methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
  • Deep knowledge of project financials, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and effectively handle escalations
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership
  • Experience supporting RFPs, proposals, and leading client workshops or demonstrations
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management credentials
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 is an advantage
  • Experience with Azure and Microsoft Power Platform
  • Previous experience working in regional or global delivery models
