Working Details & Compensation

Basic Salary: $2,000 - $3,000 (Depending on experience)

Allowances: Transport Allowance: $100; Other Allowance: $100

Shift Allowances: Day Shift: $200; Night Shift: $380

Work Schedule: Shift Options (12-hour shifts): 7:00 - 7:00 AM/PM

Rotational shifts: 4 days work, 3 days off / 3 days work, 4 days off; must be able to work at least 1 weekend day per week.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will provide essential support to the production team, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. Duties include:

  • Provide daily hands‑on technical support for server production and assembly.
  • Assist in continuous improvement efforts for cycle time and capacity.
  • Perform routine maintenance on L10 Server and L12 Rack equipment and facility.
  • Follow and help establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the assembly process.
Requirements
1. Hardware Knowledge & Debugging Experience
  • Understanding of server components, including BMC, BIOS, PCH, CPU, DIMM, PSU, Backplane, Fan Module, and Riser Card.
  • Proficient in basic hardware debugging techniques, such as:
    • Diagnosing no power‑on situations.
    • Reading and debugging card codes.
    • Troubleshooting no display, no fan spin, or system auto‑restart issues.
    • Diagnosis of DIMM or CPU failures.
  • Familiarity with PSU protection mechanisms, power‑on failures, and fan failures.
  • Able to use amultimeter for electrical measurements.
  • Skilled in component removal and replacement (e.g., CPU, DIMM, PSU, fans, backplane).
2. Software & Tools
  • Basic working knowledge of Linux OS.
  • Familiarity with terminal access tools like PuTTY or MobaXterm.
