Qualifications

  • A diploma in Mechanical / Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation Engineering/ Building Services.
  • Ability to work effectively with team and third-party vendors.
  • Self-driven, enthusiastic and willing to learn.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to develop maintenance schedules.
  • Manage system maintenance program to ensure reliability.
  • Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for maintenance activities.
  • Develop project plans, schedules and budgets.
  • Implement tech refresh programs for optimal system operation.
  • Support during emergency and critical events.
  • Ensure fire protection systems are compliant.
