Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in IT infrastructure operation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24 x 7 support for Data Center running on 12-hour shifts.
• Assist customers in verification, isolation, and temporary workaround for incidents.
• Resolve incidents and problems onsite.
• Escalate unsolvable problems to Engineers and report to Project Manager.
• Generate administrative records and reports.
• Integrate new technologies into existing environments.
• Apply operating system updates and configuration changes.
• Manage user account information and reset passwords.
• Answer technical queries and maintain configuration of the system.
• Implement Service Request and Change Request.
• Contact OEM/Vendor for technical support.
• Work shift including weekends and public holidays.
