Job summary

A security solutions provider is seeking a Data Center Engineer to join their team in Singapore. This role involves performing various operational tasks, managing warranty claims, and ensuring accurate inventory tracking. Candidates should have a minimum NITEC certificate in IT, 1-2 years of IT support experience, and basic knowledge of computer hardware. This position offers a Monday to Friday working schedule and the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Min 1-2 years’ experience in IT support & monitoring / data center facilities management.
• Bonus if worked in a production, mission-critical 24x7x365 datacenter environment.
• Applicable certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned operational tasks and elevate issues during peak workload.
• Coordinate with external vendors for warranty claims management.
• Maintain and update asset information across multiple inventory systems.
