Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain core commercial KPIs.
  • Work with commercial managers to gain insights.
  • Provide product level insights and performance analytics.
  • Identify trends and performance drivers across markets.
  • Support business case modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Analyze campaign performance and track ROI.
  • Create relevant dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear business narratives.
  • Identify data gaps and quality issues.
  • Collaborate across multiple functions including finance and campaigns.
Job description
Role purpose and mission:
  • Supportthe Environmental care BU with actionable data insights to acceleraterevenue growth, product performance, marketing effectiveness, Businesscase understanding.
  • Actas analytical backbone of the BU, enabling commercial leaders to makefaster and better business decisions.
  • Buildclarity in low data maturity environment transforming fragmented data intoreliable data into decision ready intelligence.
  • Uncoveruntapped opportunities or gaps via data.
Responsibilities
  • Buildand maintain core commercial KPIs (revenue, volume, ASP, promo, marketshare) - understand changes and help to drive storylines.
  • Workacross commercial managers to surface insights across their productportfolio and lifecycle on a per market level.
  • Provideproduct level insights / best sellers, underperforming skus, NPD launchperformance ongoing.
  • Identifytrends, anomalies and performance drivers across markets and products.
  • Supportbusiness case volume modelling, scenario analysis, business casevalidation. Track performance vs business case assumptions, highlightgaps.
  • Supportcampaign teams by analysing campaign performance, BBI investment, ROI
  • Buildand maintain relevant dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Helptranslate complex datasets into clear business narratives - leadershipreviews, BU performance meetings, etc...
  • Identifydata gaps or quality issues
  • Embeddedwithin the EC BU and working cross functional with commercial, finance,campaigns, CRO, Insights.
