Responsibilities:

• Support business initiatives and planning processes, excluding change management projects.
• Automate reporting workflows and create dashboards for trade volumes, sales metrics, and profit margins.
• Improve reporting procedures and ensure the integrity and accuracy of data across all outputs.
• Analyze trade and financial data from internal systems to identify trends and insights.
• Assist senior management with analytics and gather stakeholder feedback to inform decisions.
• Participate in forums, committees, and internal governance activities.
• Investigate issues impacting business performance and assess external service providers.
• Work closely with trade department stakeholders to enhance reporting tools and solutions.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years relevant experience in banking or the financial sector, particularly in trade or financial reporting.
• Proficiency with data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience in report automation, utilizing Excel (VBA, Power Query) or Python.
• Familiarity with banking systems and trade-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
