Job Title: Data Analyst Lead – Digital Transformation & Analytics

Location: Central/West, Singapore

Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Analyst Lead for one of our esteemed clients in the Digital Transformation Division to design and deliver enterprise dashboards, translating data into actionable insights that drive decision‑making, efficiency, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and Snowflake.
  • Define and maintain consistent data models, transformation logic, metrics, and KPIs across analytical products.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure certified, discoverable datasets with clear business definitions and lineage.
  • Partner with Business Analysts to ensure dashboards meet stakeholder needs and strategic objectives.
  • Conduct deep‑dive analyses, uncover trends, and translate findings into actionable insights for leadership.
  • Validate data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness, supporting enterprise standards and Alation certification.
  • Mentor junior analysts and lead knowledge‑sharing sessions to uplift team capability and data literacy.
  • Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring alignment on analytical goals.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, IT, or related disciplines.
  • 8–10 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or performance analytics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Snowflake data modelling.
  • Strong understanding of data pipelines, metadata management, and governance frameworks (e.g., Alation).
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑visualization skills.
  • Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and communicate technical findings in plain language.
  • Experience leading or mentoring junior analysts is preferred.
