JOB SUMMARY

The Dance Executive supports the planning, coordination, and execution of dance programmes across Crestar centres. Working closely with the Dance Manager and dance professionals, the role focuses on programme administration, quality support, enrolment analysis, course activities, and cross-department coordination. The Dance Executive also assists in teacher coordination, marketing support, and operational implementation to ensure smooth delivery of high-quality dance education and positive student experiences.
This role is ideal for individuals passionate about dance education and keen to develop into a programme management role.

JOB ROLE
Programme Planning & Execution Support
  • Support the design and implementation of dance course plans in collaboration with dance professionals and the Dance Manager.
  • Assist in market and competitor research (e.g. area demand, curriculum trends, competitor offerings) and consolidate findings for review.
  • Track and analyse dance enrolment data, attendance, and dropout trends; prepare reports and recommendations to improve intake and retention.
  • Coordinate and support dance department meetings, including preparation of materials, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Assist in budget tracking and expenditure monitoring for the dance department.
Programme Management & Quality Support
  • Work closely with dance professionals to support the delivery of quality dance programmes and teaching materials.
  • Assist in coordination of teacher recruitment processes and onboarding arrangements.
  • Support professional development initiatives for dance teachers (e.g. training schedules, workshops, certifications).
  • Implement and administer systems, policies, and SOPs related to course operations to ensure smooth and consistent execution.
  • Support research and pilot implementation of new programme ideas.
Course Activities & Administration
  • Coordinate and execute course-related activities to enhance student experience and parent engagement.
  • Support course improvement projects and assist in implementation across centres.
  • Assist centres in the administration of regular course activities and annual events, including examinations, competitions, scholarships, and parent meetings.
  • Liaise with centres and internal departments to ensure alignment and timely execution of cross-department initiatives.
Human Resource & Assets Coordination
  • Support teacher and staff manpower planning through scheduling, allocation, and administrative coordination.
  • Assist in monitoring teacher performance indicators and support appraisal and feedback processes.
  • Coordinate training, documentation, and staff development activities as guided by the Dance Manager.
  • Maintain and track course-related assets and resources to ensure proper usage and availability.
Branding & Marketing Support
  • Support marketing initiatives by providing programme information, schedules, and content inputs.
  • Assist in coordination of marketing campaigns, events, and outreach activities to drive enquiries and enrolment.
  • Collect feedback from centres and customers to support ongoing brand and programme improvement.
Job Requirements:
Education & Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in any fields.
  • Diploma or Degree in Dance, Performing Arts, Arts Management, Education is an advantage.
  • Background or exposure to dance education or enrichment programmes is an advantage.
Experience
  • Experience in dance education, enrichment programmes, arts administration, or programme coordination is preferred.
  • Experience working with children, parents, instructors, or centre operations is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internships or arts-related backgrounds may be considered.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with good attention to detail.
  • Strong project management capability, with the ability to plan, execute, and follow up on programme initiatives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint (presentation preparation), Excel (data tracking and basic analysis), and Word (documentation and reports).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills; able to engage parents, teachers, and internal teams professionally.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders in a structured environment.
  • Basic data tracking, analysis, and reporting skills (e.g. enrolment, attendance, retention).
  • Comfortable working with internal systems, SOPs, and digital tools to support programme operations.
