Job Responsibilities

Based on the global development trends of AI technologies, connect with the needs of various product lines within the company, and be responsible for the long-term and medium-term technical R&D planning and roadmap development for cryptography, digital identity, AI, and agent intelligent system security and trustworthiness at the Singapore Research Center. Clearly define the core research directions.

• Focus on relevant areas and promote the product lines to invest in the new research institute's industry layout. Build a competitive R&D team with industry-oriented thinking and forward-looking technical capabilities.
• Connect with the needs of product lines such as consumer business group and computing in the areas of cryptography, digital identity, and AI intelligent systems. Optimize the allocation of resources such as talent and materials in the laboratory, and identify and drive the efficient achievement of high-value R&D goals.
• Foster an open, innovative, and pragmatic team culture and atmosphere. Establish an efficient cross-cultural communication mechanism to promote knowledge sharing and collaboration among team members, and enhance team cohesion and effectiveness.
• Identify and establish long-term and stable academic cooperation relationships with renowned universities and research institutions in Singapore. Conduct technical research collaborations focusing on the long-term and medium-term development directions of cryptography, digital identity, AI, and agent security and trustworthiness. Support the technical competitiveness of the product lines and expand the technical influence of the laboratory.
• Collaborate and communicate directly with Chinese-speaking officers, stakeholders, counterparts, and customers in the China HQ team.

Job Requirements

• PhD's degree in computer science and technology, artificial intelligence, electronic information engineering, or related fields.
• Possess keen technical insight and innovative awareness, and be able to closely follow the latest technological trends in cryptography, digital identity, AI, and agent system security and trustworthiness. Actively explore the application of new technologies and methods in practical business scenarios to drive technological innovation and product implementation.
• Have more than 5 years of work experience in AI-related fields. Proficient in at least one mainstream AI model algorithm framework or model, and have successful commercial application experience in specific products.
• Possess strong communication and teamwork skills. Be able to express technical viewpoints and solutions, and effectively communicate and collaborate with product departments and other teams to ensure the smooth progress of cross-departmental projects. Be able to effectively manage teams, coordinate resources, and drive projects to successful completion. Possess strong project management and team leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required to collaborate and communicate directly with Chinese-speaking officers, stakeholders, counterparts, and customers in the China HQ team.
