Job summary

A foreign-owned specialty parts firm in Singapore is looking for a candidate to manage client and factory communications. Responsibilities include project monitoring, documentation preparation, and liaising effectively in Mandarin. Working hours: 1.00pm to 6pm (Mon-Fri)
Job Description
  • Liaise with overseas factories/clients: on all project-related matters.

  • Communication: Add relevant contacts to the WeChat and WhatsApp groups and ensure project updates are shared promptly.

  • Schedule follow-up: Ensure no delays against the agreed timeline with both factory and client. This includes pre-production samples, production samples, inspection dates, and ETD.

  • Sample monitoring: Verify that packaging size and design follow instructions. Track corrections based on our comments and ensure revised samples are properly updated.

  • Cost/Price updates: Update the cost table based on factory cost changes and client prices. Ensure updates are reflected accurately and reviewed by the supervisor.

  • Purchase Orders (POs): Ensure timely issuance of POs to the factory and from clients. Follow up with clients and third parties as necessary. Upload all POs to the corresponding Drive folders.

  • Shipping documents: Create and upload all shipping documents to the designated Drive folder.

  • Courier management: Arrange/booking pick up and track sample shipments to clients/ vendors.

  • Other admin tasks

Requirements
  • Min 3 years of relevance experience

  • Able to multi-task

  • Proficient in MS Office
