Job description
CUSTOMER SERVICE
  • Primary point of contact for CRM-related queries and customer service issues.
  • Manage and maintain accurate customer data, accounts, and activity records in the CRM system.
  • Monitor system usage, generate reports, and provide insights to improve customer engagement.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations teams and various stakeholders to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Implement CRM enhancements, upgrades, and workflow improvements.
  • Track customer feedback and escalate issues for resolution when required.
  • Any other duties assigned by the management.
ACCOUNTS
  • Assist on the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and expense claims.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
  • Any other duties assigned by the management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma and above.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holiday.
  • Minimum 3 years super-user experience with major CRM systems is required.
  • Strong team player, and a self-driven individual with a positive attitude.
  • Customer service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Group accounting knowledge and skills, added advantage.
