CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Primary point of contact for CRM-related queries and customer service issues.
- Manage and maintain accurate customer data, accounts, and activity records in the CRM system.
- Monitor system usage, generate reports, and provide insights to improve customer engagement.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations teams and various stakeholders to ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Implement CRM enhancements, upgrades, and workflow improvements.
- Track customer feedback and escalate issues for resolution when required.
- Any other duties assigned by the management.
ACCOUNTS
- Assist on the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and expense claims.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
- Any other duties assigned by the management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma and above.
- Able to work on weekends and public holiday.
- Minimum 3 years super-user experience with major CRM systems is required.
- Strong team player, and a self-driven individual with a positive attitude.
