A logistics management company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative. This role involves processing export and import orders, coordinating shipments, and managing customer follow-ups. Ideal candidates will have a diploma in logistics or related fields, at least 5 years of logistics experience, and proficiency in SAP. Incumbent reports to the Customer Service Manager in client Sales office and is responsible for assisting the department’s needs and customers’ follow-up, preparation of documents and coordinating shipments and insurance declaration of outgoing products to customers.
