HS GROUP is seeking a talented Customer Service Officer (Local Sales) to join our dynamic team in the Jurong East Region. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer enquiries and providing prompt and efficient assistance to ensure a positive customer experience.

What you’ll be doing

• Answering and responding to incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Providing product information and assisting customers with sales orders, returns, and general inquiries
• Identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all sales related matter
• Escalating complex issues to the Sales Team when necessary
• To check all Sales enquiries and forward to relevant Sales Members
• Continuously improving customer service skills and product knowledge
