What you'll be responsible for

Customer Engagement

  • Manage customer enquiries across multiple channels, including chat, WhatsApp, phone calls, and email.

  • Promote the company and its services through the channels mentioned above.

  • Review and respond to testimonials and reviews professionally, addressing issues to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Oversee and engage in customer group chats.

  • Effectively resolve complaints and negative feedback in a timely manner.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with app users through WhatsApp and other communication channels.

  • Address customer feedback and comments posted across various platforms.

  • Ensure high levels of user and customer satisfaction.

Guest Reception

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and warmth.

  • Answer incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate person or department, and handle inquiries promptly and efficiently.

  • Facilitate any administrative matters.

Other Responsibilities

  • Record and manage meeting minutes during Head of Department meetings.

  • Assisting with special projects and other ad-hoc tasks as required.

What we're looking for

  • At least GCE N/O Level and/or NITEC trained.

  • More than 1 year of relevant experience in customer service.

  • Tech Savvy and proficient in Google Workspace

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and able to interact professionally with customers

  • Excellent customer service and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress

  • Independent and able to work with limited supervision, but a great team player

  • Able to handle customer inquiries outside standard working hours as needed, to ensure seamless service delivery and address time-sensitive issues promptly.
