A leading company in hospitality and tourism is seeking a front-counter admin. The role requires someone who is customer service-oriented, with at least 1 year of relevant experience. Candidates must be able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and will be responsible for handling inquiries, generating reports, and assisting with daily operations. Minimum GCE ‘N’ Levels with 1 Year Experience in Front-Counter Admin
Prefers someone customer service-oriented with good communication skills in front counter service for hospitality, tourism, or recreation organizations in Singapore.
To join us, you must work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, on a rotation basis as per staff roster.
Colleagues on rotation work 5 days and are entitled to 2 days off.
Rotating shifts are from 6:30 am to 4:15 pm, 8:30 am to 5:45 pm, and 10:45 am to 8 pm.
Free staff transportation is provided from Bedok and Tanah Merah MRT stations from 6 am to 11 pm daily.
