Minimum GCE ‘N’ Levels with 1 Year Experience in Front-Counter Admin

Job Description / Requirements

Prefers someone customer service-oriented with good communication skills in front counter service for hospitality, tourism, or recreation organizations in Singapore.

To join us, you must work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, on a rotation basis as per staff roster.

Colleagues on rotation work 5 days and are entitled to 2 days off.

Rotating shifts are from 6:30 am to 4:15 pm, 8:30 am to 5:45 pm, and 10:45 am to 8 pm.

Free staff transportation is provided from Bedok and Tanah Merah MRT stations from 6 am to 11 pm daily.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Handle telephone and walk-in inquiries regarding bookings and reservations.
  • Generate daily check-in lists for security and housekeeping information.
  • Record and follow-up on lost and found items.
  • Ensure the supply of stationeries.
  • Provide guests with information on rules and regulations.
  • Raise billing requests as required.
  • Assist with other daily operational admin work as needed.
