Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and assist customers with appointment bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of customers’ treatment services, product purchases, and preferences.
- Provide after-sales support and promptly address customer inquiries.
- Assist in managing customer feedback and resolving complaints effectively.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Support the team with ad hoc duties as assigned.
