Manage the Customer Service team handling Sales support and MNC accounts
Ensure service standards and KPIs are met in accordance with SOPs
Coordinate with import and export teams to ensure smooth and timely shipments
Align customer requirements with internal service delivery capabilities
Communicate with overseas offices and agents on shipment matters
Support Sales on client discussions, quotations, and business opportunities
Handle service escalations and drive issue resolution
Compile service performance and operational reports
