Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage Consol shipments, ensuring timely and accurate processing

• Liaise with consignees and overseas agents through email, phone, and other communication platforms

• Monitor, track, and update shipment milestones to ensure smooth cargo movement

• Handle and verify all shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Airway Bills, customs forms, and other required documents

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless shipment transitions and issue resolution

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a customer-friendly approach

• Minimum 3 years of freight forwarding experience (Consol experience is advantageous but not mandatory)
