Job summary

A local service company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Sales Support specialist to manage sales orders, ensure documentation accuracy, and facilitate effective communication. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Business Administration and at least 2 years of experience in sales support or customer service. Knowledge of shipping terms and export documentation is essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales support or customer service.
• Knowledge of export documentation is essential.
• Experience with Letter of Credit is an advantage.

• Prepare and process sales orders while managing documentations.

• In charge of following up on the status of sales orders, payment checks as well as liaison with the relevant departments and organisation
• Responsible in supporting teamwork and assist with ad-hoc task

Job Requirement
