Job description

Location: East / Changi
Working hours: 5.25 days, Mon to Fri – 9:00am to 5:30 pm; Sat (Alt) – 9:00am to 1:00 pm
Salary: $2500 - $3000

Responsibilities

• Use of cargowise one system to generate invoices, reports and arrangement of cargo deliveries
• Work very closely with teammates, customers, vendors, operations and sales teammates to ensure invoices, reports and arrangement of cargo deliveries are complete, correct and on time.
• Reports to monitor / update daily.
• Communicate with client verbally and via email, and ensure acknowledgements are obtained to close the communication chain
• Strong in liaising with Sales, Customer Service and Client in order to carry out responsibilities in a timely manner

Requirements

• Min 2 years’ experience in the supply chain industry
• Proficient in MS Office
• Able to work Overtime where required
