We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant (Online Support) to manage customer enquiries across our online platforms. This role focuses on providing timely and accurate responses, supporting online orders, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer enquiries via online platforms such as website chat, e-commerce portals, WhatsApp, and social media.
  • Provide accurate information on products, pricing, promotions, and order status.
  • Assist with online orders, returns, exchanges, and basic after-sales support.
  • Liaise with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics) to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow up where necessary.
  • Perform general administrative duties related to customer service support.
  • Ensure all customer communications are handled professionally and in line with company service standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE “O” Level / NITEC / Diploma in any discipline.
  • Prior experience in customer service or online support is an advantage.
