Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns professionally.
- Respond to customer emails, calls, and messages, ensuring that all issues are resolved or escalated appropriately.
- Ensure accurate data entries are made into the customer and warehouse management systems, keeping records up to date.
- Generate basic reports on inventory, orders, and billing as required, and ensure they are completed on time.
- Communicate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure orders are fulfilled and shipped correctly.
- Ensure all documentation, paperwork, and filing related to customer orders, billing, and inventory are accurate and completed on time.
- Generate and review billing invoices and assist with inventory reports.
- Any other duties as assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
- Minimally Nitec/ Higher Nitec in Business Admin/ Logistics & Supply Chain/ other relevant fields
- Possess good interpersonal, communication skills
