Job description

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Customer Service Assistant:

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate both existing and new customer accounts to ensure smooth operations and service satisfaction.
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone and email communications promptly and professionally.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with customers, vendors, and logistics partners.
  • Prepare and issue shipment quotations, arrange deliveries, and monitor shipment progress according to customer requirements.
  • Support administrative and operational tasks to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
  • Perform data entry, document management, and report preparation related to customer service and logistics operations.
Job Requirements
  • GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, logistics coordination, or account management preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable using digital systems.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Additional Information
  • Salary: Up to SGD 2,800 + VB
  • Working Location: Jurong East
  • Working Hours: 5 Days Work, 8:30am to 5:30pm
