Job Description and Responsibilities:
Admin:
  • Attend to customers' enquiries on our services and requirements through various channels such as phone calls, emails and text messages
  • Address any complaints or issues faced by customers and resolve them in an effective and timely manner
  • Establish good rapport and support to customers
  • Work closely with the Operations Team
  • Data Entries
  • Support daily admin and operations when necessary
  • Front desk and administration duties as and when required
  • Ad hoc administrative duties assigned
Requirements
  • Able to start work immediately
  • Positive working attitude
  • Able to wok independently and take up new challenges
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin or other dialects
  • Working hours: 0900 - 1800 (Mondays-Fridays)
