Full-Time Customer Service Admin cum Robotics Instructor

Location: Marina Square

Department: STEM Education / Training Team

Working Hours: 5 days/week ( include weekends)

Key Responsibilities:
🛎Customer Service & Administration:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
  • Handle student registrations, scheduling, and class coordination.
  • Manage basic administrative tasks including attendance, payments, and data entry.
  • Maintain a tidy, organized reception and learning environment.
  • Support marketing activities such as open houses/trial classes/road shows
Robotics Instruction:
  • Conduct hands‑on robotics/STEM classes for children aged [5–12] in a fun and engaging way.
  • Guide students in building and programming robots using platforms, Scratch‑based programming/code card programming (training provided).
  • Prepare teaching materials, kits, and class content.
  • Foster a safe and supportive classroom environment.
  • Track student progress and communicate with parents.

  • A positive, customer‑focused attitude with strong communication skills.
  • Enjoys working with children and has a passion for teaching and learning.
  • Organized and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Tech‑savvy; experience with robotics or coding is a plus (training will be provided).
  • Prior experience in customer service, teaching, or admin roles preferred.
