Your contributions to our joint success

  • Manage all front-desk administrative duties accurately and all enquiries professionally.
  • Serve and engage all walk-in customers with superior service and ensure all possible needs are met promptly and attentively.
  • Attend, resolve and report all customers’ complaints according to SOPs and escalate all unresolved cases to reporting manager.
  • Provide support and assist in all customer-related matters, including customers’ transactions records.
  • Coordinate, record, monitor and update of appointments and members’ attendance into the system.
  • Check and ensure all posters, promotion mechanics are updated promptly, and all signage is displayed clearly and visibly.
  • Monitor the outlet stock inventory and replenish the items according to proper branch transfer procedures.
  • Build rapport, team spirit and staff morale.
  • Communicate and coordinate with the management.
  • Maintain branch cleanliness, hygiene and image to achieve excellent operations and superior customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance to all SOP.
  • Provide any other support in the operations of the outlet, as needed.
