Job summary

A Singapore-based telecommunications company seeks an individual to handle customer service duties and administrative support. Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, assisting with client complaints, and performing data entry tasks. Qualifications

  • Familiar with MS Office application, including Word and Excel.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and promote company products and services.
  • Assist in handling client complaints and provide appropriate follow-up.

  • Perform clerical duties and support any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
