Responsibilities

• Responsible for scheduling appointment calendar
• Promoting massage treatments and packages to customers
• Record daily transaction for all services performed
• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the retail counters
• Enhance guest recognition at all times be addressing guests name and interacting with them on a professional level
• Handle front desk duties such as answering to customer’s queries, appointment, scheduling, Cashiering etc.
• To maintain and update customer database at all time

Requirement

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level or above
• Pleasant and service oriented personality
• Computer literacy – Words, Excels, Email
• No work experience required (Training will be provided)
• 6 days workweek
• Shift: 10.00am to 7.00pm or 12.00pm to 9pm
• Able to work on retail hours
• Basic salary + personal sales commission
